Gretchen Bostrom has been a prominent singer and bandleader in the Boston area for over two decades, captivating audiences across New England. Gretchen co-founded Juke Joint 5, a band celebrated for its no-nonsense, house-rocking, jumped-up rhythm & blues. She also lent her talents to The Band From U.N.C.L.E., known for their take on 50s-60s rock & roll, rhythm & blues, and girl group soul, as well as the duo Silvertone & Ms. G, which performed a dynamic mix of original music and roots, rock & roll, and rhythm & blues.

Recently, Gretchen has taken a step back from leading bands to focus on her podcast, Notable New England, writing original music, and unearthing "hidden gems" in the realms of roots and blues. Her creative journey is building towards the release of her debut solo album, anticipated in 2025.
